Why does the State monopolize 20 trades?
As mentioned in Clause 4, Article 6 of the 2005 Commercial Law, the State exercises for a definite period of time the State monopolizes commercial activities with respect to a number of goods and services or in some areas to ensure the national interests. .
State monopoly under the above-mentioned list is not exclusive to all activities related to such goods or services, but only limited to one or a number of specific activities.
The specific provisions of 20 State monopoly goods and services create a clear and unified basis for doing business, at the same time increasing transparency for the State's monopoly activities.
